Farmhouse, late C18 or early C19 red brick, possibly refronting
earlier building, stone slate roof, ridge stack and added C20 north
end stack. Two storeys and attic, Flemish bond with flush ashlar
quoins, originally two-window range of cambered-head tripartite
sashes with ashlar keystones, extended to right with door, in C20
porch, and similar one-window range of tripartite sashes. Earlier
part has black header bricks. Brick south end wall, roughcast
north wall, said to cover rubble stone. Rear wing with east end
stack.
