Summer house, probably mid C18th. Limestone rubble with sandstone
dressings, and slate roof now mostly missing (1983). Single storey.
West front, overlooking River Ribble, has pilaster strips with alternate
rusticated blocks and with vermiculated impost bands. Set within an
open pediment is a Venetian door with Tuscan columns and concentric
super-arch. The rear wall has a door with plain reveals and semi-
circular head.
