GV II
Pair of houses, mid C18th. Rubble with roofs of slate and stone slate.
Comprises 2 one-bay pavilions of 2 storeys, with recessed linking wall.
Each has a gable treated as an open pediment with mutules. Continuous
string course. Pavilion windows sashed with glazing bars, with plain
reveals and semi-circular heads. The central linking section is now of
2 storeys, rendered and with modern windows. Those on the ground floor,
behind a modern conservatory, appear to have original surrounds with
keystones. The upper storey has probably been added. Chimneys on outer
side walls of pavilions.
