Accommodation bridge over former Lancaster Canal south End, c.1815.
Rusticated rock-faced sandstone blocks. Elliptical arch with keystone and
alternate voussoirs raised and rock faced, plain band, 2-course parapets of
scored blocks with rounded tops, that on the west side continued at its south
end in a 180° descending curve to the towpath; humped deck with boulder
paving. Structure isolated in field since 1969-70 when canal was filled in.
