House, late C17 or early C18, of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, Collyweston
stone slate roof and rebuilt brick end stacks. Two storeys, 3 window range,
double-fronted. Steps down to central chamfered doorway within wooden trellis-work
porch. Ground floor has 2-light ovolo-moulded stone mullioned windows with hood
band over. 1st floor has late C19 sash windows flanking small 4-pane casement with
moulded cill.
