Cottage (incorporating bakehouse), C18, but of two builds. Coursed rubble, including ironstone, to right of door, and coursed squared stone to left. Collyweston stone slate roof with stone ridge and end stacks.

Two storeys. Steps up to first floor door (possibly entrance to granary originally) to left. Four first floor two-and three-light casement windows. Three-light casement windows with cills to ground floor. Entrance between central and left hand windows. Gabled wing to rear with stone end stack, later extended further.
