Two houses. No 12 is late C18-early C19; No 10 is early-mid C19; both refurbished early 1980s. NO 12 is of brick with partly rendered stone plinth and slate roof, at one time thatched. 2 storeys and attic; 2 bays. Brick band course at first floor level, dentil eaves. Horizontal sashes, renewed 1980s, the lower left window of 3 lights with cambered head, the 2 first floor windows of 2 lights. C20 bay window with wooden glazing bars to ground floor right. Central C20 board door with cambered head. Attic casement in left gable. Rear lean-to much rebuilt C20. Range of single storey outbuildings attached at right-angles to rear is partly of granite rubble and has Swithland slate roof. Chamfered spine beams inside house. NO 10 is of larger bricks with dentil eaves and C20 interlocking tile roof. 2 storeys; 2 bays. 3-light horizontal sashes with wooden glazing bars, all renewed C20 and all with cambered heads. Central 6-panelled door, renewed C20, with rectangular fanlight, moulded wooden surround and small cornice. Rendered extension to rear.
