South aspect. The chancel has a central priests doorway with a chamfered, hooded, arch. On either side are windows with 4-centred arch heads in a late perpendicular Gothic style. These appear to be the efforts of a restorer in 1821: with different width windows, I would not otherwise expect such similarity of detail in an old building. The south aisle has two C14, late Decorated Gothic windows with cusped, reticulated tracery. An ancient preaching cross is hiding in the foreground. (Photo Apr 2008).
