Built circa 1832 for prominent local woolstapler, Robert Jenner, as a workshop.
Three storeys. Two+two bays, 2 right hand bays in a slight break with hipped
roof over. Coursed rubble on ashlar plinth. Glazing bar sash windows with
very new-looking lintels. Oversailing eaves with brackets. Low pitched slate
roof. Door in right hand break. Interior altered.
