Farmhouse, once converted into three dwellings. c1620. Timber-framed with brick infill, part replaced by sandstone rubble and brick; with sandstone cellar and tiled roof. Baffle entry plan with three bay cross-wing. Two storeys plus attic, with cellar to main range.

Main elevation has brick replacement walling to left and central bay of main range with two wide-spaced C19 casements on each floor and central planked door; central sandstone rubble chimney with brick stack and four octagonal shafts with oversailing cap courses. Ground floor of cross-wing replaced by sandstone rubble with C19 ground floor metal casement, attic casement and planked door in angle with main range; brick stack at ridge junction with main range. Left elevation; sandstone rubble walling continues at ground floor level to rear bay which is rebuilt in brick; five ground floor and two first floor casements. Right gable end to main range has planked door to cellar and weatherboarded gable with boarded attic window. Rear elevation had C19 alterations and additions.

Interior has stop chamfered main beams.
