Outbuilding (possibly former stable). Cl7 with mid-C19 and mid-C20
alterations. Timber-framed with brick infill on sandstone rubble and
brick base; plain and machine-tiled roof, half-hipped at east end. Two
framed bays aligned east/west. Two levels. Framing: two rows of square
panels from sill to wall-plate, short straight braces in upper corners at
east end, collar and tie-beam trusses with two struts (truncated at east
end). West gable end facing High Street has a C20 door and an attic light.
Nine-pane window in south side and also attic light in east gable end.
