Cottage, now part of house. Mid C18. Brick with pantile roof. 2-room
plan. Low 2 storeys, 2 windows to south side. Board door in partly blocked
opening to left of centre, flanked by single 12-pane sliding sashes.
Stepped eaves. Tumbled-in brick to raised gables. Right end stack. Left
gable partly overlain by later adjoining house which is of no special
interest. Right return has 2-light attic window with C20 glazing. Rear has
central C19 panelled door with small board hatch to right; single 12-pane
first-floor sliding sash to right. Interior contains chamfered spine beams,
exposed joists, inglenook fireplaces.
