metres north of No 110

GV II

Threshing barn. Early C19. Brick. Pantile roof with small section of
corrugated asbestos to west. Gable end to street; forms north side of
farmyard. 2-storey height. North side, 3 tiers of openings, 4 to top tier:
central entrance with board door on wrought-iron strap hinges beneath
segmental arch, flanked by pairs of breather slits, that to far right
blocked. Middle tier: 2 pairs of breathers to each side, 2 blocked. Top
tier: diamond-shaped breather above door, flanked by pair of round pitching
eyes to right, single similar eye to left, with C20 glazing. Dentilled
brick eaves cornice. Tumbled-in brick to raised gables. South side:
central door similar to north side, with pair of inserted windows to right;
above, a diamond-shaped breather over door, with a pair of breather slits to
right. Left end adjoins stable/dovecote range not included in listing.
East gable end, facing street: pair of X-shaped breathers to ground floor,
blocked round pitching eye above, flanked by pair of similar X-shaped
breathers, one largely blocked. Small cross-shaped breather to gable.
