House. Circa 1830-40. Multicoloured stock brick with stucco frieze, cornice, blocking course and first floor cill band. Roof concealed by parapet. Two storeys and basement; two windows. Sashes with gauged brick arches, 12-pane to first floor and round-headed with margin lights to ground floor. Doorcase to left has five panelled door with mutule cornice head and patterned fanlight. Six steps with cast iron handrail.
