Early-mid Cl9 small villa. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows.
Yellow stock brick with parapet partly concealing slated roof of
moderate pitch. Gauged brick arches to sash windows, some with
glazing bars, flat on lst floor, round in round-arched recesses on
ground floor. Stuccoed basement. 6-panel door with fluted, attached
Doric columns, moulded cornice head and plain fanlight under round,
gauged brick arch.

Nos 3 to 41 (odd) form a group.
