Mid C19 villa of 2 tall storeys and basement, 3 windows. Yellow
stock brick with stucco cornice and parapet. Banded rusticated
stucco ground floor. Centre bay and angles rebated. Side 1st floor
windows in round arched recesses resting on blocking course of
ground floor which forms lst floor cill band. Gauged flat brick
arches to lst floor sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor
segment headed sash windows with corresponding glazing bars.
Central half-glazed double door has attached, fluted Doiric
coloumns, cornice head and low, patterned segmental fanlight.

Nos 3 to 41 (odd) form a group.
