Detached house. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate Mansard roof between stepped coped gables, with front parapet;
brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys with attic, 3 bays. Plinth, band course, cornice, moulded coping to plain
parapet; plain sash windows in architraves, the outer bays of 3 units above and having angled bay windows below with
Doric pilasters, entablatures and flat roofs; centre upper bay a single window, and below this a semi-circular arched
recess with architrave and keystone, C20 part-glazed door with leaded fanlight over, up 3 steps, protected by open
stone porch having Doric columns and pilasters, plain entablature and flat roof. C20 flat-roofed extension against west
gable, with matching window: matching windows, with glazing bars, in east gable. Interior not seen.
