Detached farmhouse. C17. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides and rear thatched roof between coped gables;
brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys with attic, 5 bays. 0volo-mould mullioned windows in wave-mould recesses with
individual labels to both levels, the outer bays 2-light and the remainder 3-light, with horizontal-bar lights
inserted: to lower bay 3 a cambered-arched doorway with C19 part-glazed door, protected by timber and glass porch with
tiled roof. East gable has single-storey lean-to against part of length, and 2 single-light attic windows with
hoodmoulds over; further lean-to against west gable; outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
