Semi-detached cottage. Circa 1672. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof with high coped north gable suggesting former
thatch, abutment to south; stone chimney stack. Single-storey with attic, 2 bays. Plinth: ovolo-could mullioned windows
in wave-mould recesses, 3-light under shared stepped label; matching cambered-arched doorway between; above, C20
pitched roofed dormer windows: on the door lintel is inscribed 'Samuel McMillan Licensed Tea Dealer'. The date is
quoted in house number plate. Interior not seen.
