Cottage. Possibly, C17, much modified. Local stone cut and squared, with flat stone dressings; Welsh slate roof between
coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. 4-light hollow chamfer mullioned windows to bays -1 and -3
ground floor, with chamfered cambered arched doorway between; continuous label over all three, raised over doorway;
above 3-light steel casement windows. Attached on South side to No.42, not included in the listing.
