GV II

Barn. C16, walls raised in C18. Timber frame weatherboared.
Some red brick infill in lower part on W side facing yard.
Gabled porch on E in 2nd bay from S. Heavy jowled posts with
rails tennoned in line. Tension braces. Large curved braces to
cambered tie-beams. Edge halved scarf with face-peg in E
wallplate. Similar scarf with loose tennon in W wallplate. C18
framed upper parts to walls and clasped-purlin roof.
