House. Late C17. Timber frame plastered with steep thatched
roof. Small red tiled extensions. A long T-shaped house facing
N. Single-storey and attics. 3-unit central chimney house with
entrance remote from chimney and external gable stack to further
end. 6-windows along front and vertical boarded gabled red tiled
enclosed porch near middle. 2-light flush casement windows. 2
gabled thatched dormers on wallplate to middle and W part. Said
to have wattle-and-daub smokehood surviving inside (Pevsner
(1977) 383).
