Former stable with loft probably used as granary. Late C18.
Coursed rubble stone with quoins, stone slate roof. Single range
with lean-to to south-west, 2 storeys. Two square openings on
first floor and 2 below, all with remains of 2-light wood mullions.
Central doorway on ground floor with wood frame. North-east end
has flight of 9 stone steps parallel to wall up to plain boarded
granary door. No longer in ownership of Butlers Court and
apparently unused at time of survey (March 1985).
