Animal shelter at Jenners Farm
GV II
Part of former larger animal shelter on side of road facing
farmhouse. Probably early C18. Rubble stone with hipped stone
slate roof. L-shape, originally one corner of a very large U-shape
shelter now largely demolished. Apart from blockvork wall to east,
this shelter is in its original condition. Five bays turning
corner with tapering stone Tuscan columns oil bases and some
additional wooden pillar supports. Wooden mangers still in
position along back of roadside section.
