Formerly one house, enlarged and converted to two houses.
Mid/late C17, enlarged C19 and C20. Coursed rubble stone, stone
slate roof with stone end stacks, and slate roof to C19 additional
wing to left now part of No 12. Single main range, split to left
of porch into No 12, and with C20 extension to side and rear at
right to No 11. Main section of 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows,
3-light stone mullions with square hoodmoulds to first and ground
floors with central projecting gabled porch with finial,
overhanging eaves and triangular head stone archway. Attic has 2
small half dormers forming gables with small 2-light stone mullion
and square hoodmould to each, with finial.
