Large barn. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble, concrete tile
roof to barn, corrugated iron roof to single storey buildings,
left. Long rectangular plan with C20 extension at rear and single
storey outbuildings, formerly containing 2-sided, open-fronted yard
at right gable end. Twin, gabled porches on north side of barn
with lean-to extensions either side. Double plank doors with
timber lintels to each porch. Lower double entrances in wall
opposite each. Single plank door left of left-hand porch. Small
double plank doors to lean-to between porches. Former open-fronted
yard left with remains of 5 round stone built columns dividing bays
(now blocked). Barn interior; 8 bays with original roof trusses
each comprising tie beam and braced collar.
