Detached house in street. Late C18 or early C19. Dressed coursed squared lime-
stone, stone slate front slope and concrete tile rear roof slope; 2 ridge
stacks. Two storeys, 4 windows, all 12-pane sash to stone sills, but in bay 3
has arched head, and lacks gazing bars; beneath this a 4-panel flush door to
transom light under a flat hood with moulded edge on wrought iron brackets;
raised on 2 sandstone steps. Right return has a segmental hipped bay beneath a
12-pane sash; left return has one storey lean-to and a further entrance door.
