Detached cottage. C17-early C18. Square-panelled timber framing
with rendered infill. Right gable end limestone rubble with
weatherboarded gable. Thatched roof with decorative ridge
thatching. Brick stacks. Rectangular plan. C20 brick lean-to
at rear not of special interest. Single storey and attic. Two-
windowed facade with two eyebrow dormers within weatherboarded
surrounds to first floor lit by 2-light casements with glazing
bars. Two small canted 4-light windows to the ground floor with
diamond leaded panes to the ground floor. C20 brick-built porch
off-centre left with a thatched roof and C20 plank door with
fillets flanked by single light windows with diamond leaded panes.
Two-light steel casement in left gable end. C20 projecting brick
stack at left gable end, another stack at the right gable end.
