One of pair of houses. Probably late C18-early C19. Brick, with
incised render at front. Red tile roof. Rendered and coursed
squared and dressed limestone stacks. Rectangular plan. Two
storeys and attic lit by four 2-light roof dormers with glazing
bars. Five windowed facade. Two-light casements with 'Gothic'
glazing bars to first floor. Tall 2-light casements with
horizontal glazing bars and panels at the bottom to the ground
floor. Part-glazed C19 front door off-centre left. Part-glazed
door far right. Coved eaves cornice. Projecting stack at the
left gable end. Off-the-ridge and axial stacks. Interior not
inspected.
