Detached house, now converted into flats. Early-mid C19. Rendered
brick, painted. Slate roof with rendered stacks. Rectangular
plan. C20 brick extension at rear not of special interest. Two
storeys, attic and basement. Symmetrical, 5-windowed facade with
2-pane sashes and moulded architraves and valences. Keystones to
all but the central first-floor window. Sills with moulded
brackets below all windows. Moulded hoods with brackets to ground
floor and central windows. Pilasters flank the outer bays. Five
steps up to an open-sided flat-roofed porch with column supports
with a moulded cornice, pulvinated frieze and brackets. C19
fielded 6-panel door at rear of porch within a round-headed
surround. Gable-end stacks with moulded cappings. C20 skylights
to attic. Interior not inspected.
