(Formerly listed as farm buildings South of Delaware incorporating remains of Mediaeval Chapel).

C16 timber framed building with Horsham stone roof. 5 bays on 1st floor. Very
stout queen post roof truss with wind braces to purlins. Fairly close set uprights
huge diagonal braces. Ground floor ceiling beams in both directions elaborately
moulded. Outside some visible framing with brick filling, partly tile hung.
Probably the original farm house before the 1679 house was built. C19 oasts
added at North end and other extensions to west.

Delaware, the Mounting Block, Granary and Outbuilding to North-East form a group.
