Early C19 2 storey, 3 window stuccoed house. Rainwater head dated 1820.
Low pitch gable end slate roof with bracketed eaves. Sash windows recessed
on 1st floor, glazing bars intact. Central entrance, door of 4 fielded
and 2 flush panels, moulded doorhead, rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals.
Doorcase with Greek Key panelled pilasters, roundel caps, open pediment
over. Shop fronts either side, that to right hand early to mid C19 rec-
tangular bay of 4 lights, deep frieze and modillion cornice. Glazed shop
door, rectangular fanlight. Left hand shop front later also, rectangular
bay with fascia board blind case inserted in cornice.
Warwick House and Albion House form a group.
