Circa 1820-30. 3 storey. 3 window red brick front with slight concave
curve on plan. Straight projecting eaves. Low pitch gable end slate
roof. 2 outer 1st floor windows bowed sashes, flat stucco heads with
keystones and modillion cornices over. Other windows recessed sashes,
glazing bars intact, flat stucco arches with voussoirs and keystones.
Ground floor has Victorian symmetrical arrangement of 2 shop fronts under
frieze and modillion cornice. 3 rectangular bay windows with thin colon-
ettes dividing tall lights. House doors at each end with entablature
returned over them. Each of 6 fielded panels with rectangular fanlights,
panelled reveals and soffit. Spear head rails to outer side of step with
urn newel.
