rendered brick plinth. Plain tile roof. Two storeys, two unit
plan with C20 extension to left hand and lean-to closed entrance
porch in angle. Two sixteen-paned ground floor hung sash
windows and one first floor three-light horizontal sliding sash
window. Stack to left hand of original building.
