Cottage. C17 and early C19. Timber framed and plastered with
painted and plastered brick. Thatched roof half hipped to
west. Two lateral gault brick stacks. One storey and attic.
Deep brick plinth with canted bay window to street elevation.
Main entrance facing North with panelled door, and door to left
hand. One casement window and one fixed-light window. Three
dormer windows, two with casements and one with horizontal
sliding sashes. The cottage was formerly The Plough Inn.
