SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME GARRETT STREET (west side),
Cawsand

GV II

House. Circa 1800 with C20 alterations to interior. Rubble, rendered, slate roof.
Plan: probably double depth, one room wide with entrance to left. 2½ storeys on
plinth, C20 door to left giving entrance to internal porch, window to right and 2 at
first floor, all C20 metal farmed sashes in plain raised surrounds; gabled dormer
with 2-light casement and slate-hung front. Modillion cornice.
Interior: not inspected.
