House, dated 1846. Squared killas rubble brought to courses, with granite ashlar dressings, slate roof. Square plan, with later addition to rear. Two storeys and three bays (with cellar and attics); symmetrical; granite plinth, raised granite quoins to the corners and all openings, and first floor band; central doorway in shallow recessed porch with Doric columns in antis, plain entablature and cornice, double doors and four-pane overlight; ground floor has large tripartite sashed windows under cornices on fluted consoles; first floor has 16-pane sashes. Hipped roof with prominent plastered eaves, side-wall chimneys. Left return wall incorporates datestone with raised lettering: I.P. 1846.

Interior: left front room has doorway with consoled architrave; right-hand front room has elaborate moulded plaster cornice and ceiling rose; open-string staircase with stick balusters.
