Cottage, late C18 or early C19, of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof
and moulded stone end stacks. Two storeys, 2 window range, central entrance in C20
porch. Two-light casement windows with glazing bars and cills, beneath lintels with
flush keystones. One storey extension to east with coped east gable.
