Detached house. C17. Rendered, half-hipped thatched roof, brick
stacks. Single storey and attic, 3-windowed: casements. Three-
panelled door in thatched porch to right, 2-light and 3-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casements with hoodmoulds, blocked
door with inserted 2-light casement and 2-light mullioned casement
to left. Attic has two 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned
casements with hoodmoulds to eyebrow dormers to left, to right is
dormer with fixed window. Attached to right is single storey cob
extension possibly former schoolroom with several small fixed
windows and two dormers. Left return has 3-light leaded casement
to first floor. Right return has C20 garage door. Rear has lean-
to extension to left, C17 build to right in banded flint and
limestone retains 2-light mullioned casement and 2-light casement,
two dormer with casements. Interior not accessible at time of
survey (August 1985), but said to have chamfered beams with runout
stops, open fireplace with cambered lintel and stone jambs,
chamfered door lintel between C17 north build and later C17 central
