Rectory, now house. Late C17 - early C18 with mid C18 and C19 alterations.
Roughcast, artificial stone slate roof. 2 storeys and basement, 2:1:2 bays.
Central 2-storey pent-roofed porch with leaved door below 5-pane overlight
in ashlar surround. Ground-floor sash windows in exposed sash boxes. First
floor: 20-pane sash windows with arched lights at top of both sections.
Ashlar coping. Rendered stacks at ends and between second and third, third
and fourth bays. Rear: 3:1:3 bays. Added outer canted bays with sash
windows. Recessed central bay with part-glazed door in ashlar surround and
overlight above lintel, first-floor sash window, and above that attic window
with Gothick glazing bars, formerly the head of a mid C18 staircase window.
Interior: doors of 6 fielded panels on ground floor, and of 2 panels on
upper floors. Turned baluster staircase from basement to attic. Several
Carron cast-iron fire grates. Very thin early glass in 20-pane windows.
