Public house. Late C17 - early C18. Roughcast rubble, stone slate roof. 2
storeys, with rear outshut, 2:1 first-floor windows. Main block: central
C20 part-glazed gabled single-storey porch over board door. 4-pane sash
windows. Ashlar end stacks. Lower range to right, with canted bay window
on ground floor, 2-light window on first floor, brick stack at right end.
Further to right, single-storey extension, not of special interest.
Interior: in ground floor of main block, arched ingle beam over fireplace at
right end, crudely-chamfered cross beams and joists. Included for group
value.
