Farmhouse. Early C18, with later alterations and extensions. Rubble with
ashlar dressings, C20 pantile roof. Direct-entry plan. 2 storeys with rear
outshut, 4 first-floor windows. Older house with quoins, the left 2 bays;
right 2 bays, formerly a separate cottage, a late C18 - early C19 addition,
with neater quoins to right. Central C20 part-glazed door in ashlar quoined
surround, to right of older house. Window openings have ashlar sills and
deep lintels with draughted margins. Ground floor, to left of door, 16-pane
sash windows; to right of door, 4-pane sash windows, that in third bay
formerly a doorway. First floor: side-sliding sash windows. Shaped
kneeler, ashlar coping to right. brick stack between first and second
bays, ashlar stack at right end.
