House and former schoolroom, 1828. Built for Robert Storey, local author by Mathew Wilson of Eshton Hall. Coursed rubble with stone slate roof. Two storeys and three bays, with a further, rougher projecting bay on the left hand side which was the schoolroom. Six-panel raised and fielded door. All the windows are sashed with glazing bars in plain stone surrounds. The schoolroom has a similar door but with the top two panels glazed. Three chimneys.
