Farmhouse. Late C18, with later alterations and C20 additions of no
particular interest. By John Carr. Rendered with ashlar dressings and
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays of which the centre projects forward
slightly. Centre: central entrance a C20 glazed door under pediment and
between narrow casement windows with sill band. Above a tripartite window
with narrow windows to either side on continuous sill band (sashes and
casements). Ashlar band, low parapet and cornice surmounted by ball
finials. Wings: 2-storey inset arch with 4-pane sash and sill bands to each
floor. Broken band at 1st floor level. Hipped roofs. Centre and ridge
stacks.
