3 cottages, now one house. Late C18 and early C19. Coursed squared
gritstone, roofs of concrete pantiles,stone slates and purple slates. 3-
storey central bay flanked by 2-storey bays. Quoins flank central bay. Bay
1: steps down to a glazed cellar door; stone-mullioned canted bay window to
ground floor, 16-pane casement in stone surround above. Pantile roof. Bay
2: blocked door with tie-stone jambs to left now has a sash window with
glazing bars; 3-storey canted bay window to right has sashes with glazing
bars to front and fixed windows with glazing bars to sides; shaped kneelers,
gable copings, banded stack to right. Stone slate roof. Bay 3: 6-panel
door in plain surround to left; sash with glazing bars to ground and first
floor right; banded stack to right. Slate roof. Interior not inspected at
resurvey.
