House and attached railings. Late C17-early Cl8 with mid C19 alterations and
railings. Coursed sandstone, concrete interlocking tile roof; cast-iron rail-
ings. House: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Central part-glazed C19 6-panel door
with wooden trellis porch. 16-pane sash windows with projecting sills, and with
deep lintels on ground floor. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. Brick end
stacks. Railways set on low ashlar wall with segmental coping, the bars with
arrow finials and twisted standards, the gate posts of turned balusters with
acanthus bud bases.
