Bridge. Dated 1782. Built by Thomas Ramsden. Coursed dressed sandstone.
Two segmental arches. Triangular breakwaters. Chamfered band at base of
parapet which is of 3 deep courses including weathered coping. Splayed ends
with square terminal piers, that to north-west inscribed 'TR 1782'.
The bridge spans the River Don and is partly in the parish of Wortley.
