Farmhouse. Late C18 with C17 or early C18 wing. Coursed squared rubble,
stone slate roof. Two-room plan with wing to rear right giving L-shape.
Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay facade. Quoins. Central doorway with
cambered head, raised keystone and plain tablet above. 4-pane sash windows
in plain surrounds except ground-floor left which has later casement, and
narrow 1st-floor central window which has a 4-pane casement. Later stone
gutter brackets. Central brick stack. Rear: C20 addition to right; wing,
much altered, to left. Attached farm buildings not of special interest.
Right return: wing has a doorway with chamfered surround and cambered head
and a former 2-light double-chamfered window to 1st floor (mullion removed).
Lower building attached to right gable of main house not of special interest.
