A pair of cottages. Early C19. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2
storeys. Fronts main road. Of 3 bays, each bay having flat faced mullioned
windows of 4 lights with same over except right hand bay which has 3-light
window over. Between bays one and 2 are paired doorways with monolithic jambs
(one solid). Gutter brackets and 3 stacks to ridge of 2-span roof. Rear of
double-pile has feature of large staircase window with semi-circular head and
3-light flat faced mullioned window to first floor.
