House, formerly connected to Chapelthorpe Hall (q.v.) by the service wing (demolished), now forms a separate dwelling. c1847 (information from owner). Punch-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys, three bay symmetrical facade. Ashlar quoins, plinth, first-floor sill band. Doorway with raised monolithic jambs and overlight flanked by sash windows with raised surrounds. First floor has three smaller windows with upper casements. Gutter brackets. Hipped roof with tall ashlar end stacks. Rear has C20 wooden classical doorcase flanked by tall sashed windows with raised surrounds. Single sash to first floor. Lateral stack.
Interior: rear door opens into stair-hall with dog-leg staircase with simple turned balusters.
